Our yoga course was really energizing this morning. What a great way to start our week! We are on the road to the country house as I am writing this blog. Jay & I will be available for shows today until 4pm. Then Jay goes back to Quebec and I will be available for solo shows with you alllll week! I love spending time here... it’s so relaxing. Can’t wait to mingle with you all!
