TGIF!!! Oyster Party tomorrow!!!

It's such a beautiful Friday morning here at the country house. The sun is shining and the birds are chirping... and my tummy is better than it was yesterday morning! I am preparing to receive some of our guests for the oyster party tonight, the rest will arrive tomorrow noon. After my coffee I will go see on of my neighbours he has a couple of basil plants to give me and I plan to make a big batch of pesto...hummm! Also I have lots of preparation for the oyster toppings and for the oven baked ones!
